Welcome to MRBR Studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website development services. By engaging with MRBR Studio for any services—whether via our website, email, or direct communication—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview

MRBR Studio specializes in custom website development services, including but not limited to:

• Frontend and backend development

• CMS implementation (e.g., WordPress)

• Responsive web design

• Website optimization

• E commerce websites development

• Hosting assistance (if applicable)

All services are offered under a service agreement or contract basis.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or represented by a legal guardian.

• Be legally authorized to enter into contracts.

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the onboarding process.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client without providing a reason, especially if the request involves illegal, unethical, or infringing content.

3. Scope of Work

Each project begins with:

• A client consultation

• Requirement gathering and documentation

• A written or digital quote/proposal

• Project timelines and payment milestones

Note: Changes outside the agreed-upon scope will incur additional charges. Scope creep will be managed via change request forms.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all required materials (text, images, logos, videos) on time.

• Cooperate during each stage of development.

• Respond to revision requests or clarifications in a timely manner.

• Ensure that you have all rights/licenses for materials you provide to us.

MRBR Studio is not responsible for legal issues arising from unlicensed or plagiarized client content.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made via the methods provided (Bank Transfer or UPI).

• A minimum of 50% upfront payment is required to start the project.

• The remaining 50% must be cleared before project handover or website launch.

• For subscription-based maintenance or hosting (if applicable), invoices will be monthly or annually.

Late payments will result in project delays, penalties, or account suspension. No refunds are issued for completed work.

6. Revisions and Approvals

• Up to 3 minor revisions are free during the review stage.

• Major revisions or new requests beyond the initial agreement will be billed separately.

• Clients must approve or request changes within 7 days of receiving updates. If no response is received, work is considered accepted.

7. Project Timelines

Standard website delivery is within 10–30 business days, subject to:

• Timely submission of content by the client.

• Prompt feedback and approvals.

• Project complexity.

Delays caused by the client are not our responsibility and may extend deadlines or incur storage/holding fees.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• MRBR Studio retains ownership of all code and intellectual property until final payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final output.

• MRBR Studio may retain the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless a written NDA prohibits it.

We do not transfer licenses for stock content, plugins, or third-party tools—clients must manage these separately.

9. Third-Party Services & Tools

We may use third-party tools, plugins, APIs, and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Elementor, Google Fonts, etc.). MRBR Studio is not liable for:

• Issues or downtime caused by third-party tools

• Subscription charges incurred by the client

• Licensing or policy changes by third-party vendors

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We respect your privacy. MRBR Studio collects only necessary personal data for:

• Project execution

• Communication

• Billing purposes

All data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., India’s DPDP Act). We do not share or sell your data to third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more.

11. Website Launch & Handover

Once the project is complete and approved:

• All credentials are handed over securely.

• Any post-launch support, fixes, or maintenance must be covered under a separate agreement.

12. Post-Delivery Support

• Free bug fixes (not feature additions) are provided for 7 days post-delivery.

• Ongoing support or monthly maintenance is a paid service and must be subscribed to separately.

• We are not liable for any changes, hacks, or errors made by the client or third parties after handover.

13. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

• The project is canceled by MRBR Studio before any work is started.

• The client cancels within 24 hours of the initial payment and no work has begun.

No refunds for:

• Partially completed projects

• Dissatisfaction due to unclear instructions

• Abandonment by client or unresponsiveness

14. Limitation of Liability

MRBR Studio is not responsible for:

• Loss of data, traffic, revenue, or sales

• Third-party hosting/server downtime

• Search engine ranking performance

• Legal consequences due to content provided by the client

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in dispute.

15. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, business strategies, and project materials as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party without written consent.

16. Termination of Services

We may terminate a project if:

• The client is unresponsive for over 15 days.

• Payments are delayed or disputed without cause.

• Abuse, harassment, or unethical behavior is directed at our team.

In such cases, work done until that point will be billed, and access to work files will be denied until payment is settled.

17. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• We encourage communication first.

• If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, Tamil Nadu].

18. Changes to Terms

MRBR Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes implies agreement to the updated Terms.
