At MRBR Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality website development services tailored to your business needs. We strive for complete client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of custom digital services, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy, outlined below:

1. General Policy

Since website development is a creative and technical service, refunds will only be issued under strict and fair circumstances. Refunds are not guaranteed and are processed only if eligibility criteria are met.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Project Not Started: If the project has not been initiated by our team within 7 business days after payment and client onboarding.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.

  • Failure to Deliver: If MRBR Studio fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues, not related to delays or lack of information from the client.

Note: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for projects that are only partially completed.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refund will be granted in the following situations:

  • Client changes their mind after work has started.

  • Delays due to the client’s failure to communicate, submit content, or respond within the expected time.

  • Project scope changes or additional requirements that differ from the original brief.

  • Custom work that has already been started or delivered (e.g., design drafts, wireframes, code).

  • Client chooses a third party to complete or continue the project midway.

  • Services delivered as part of a discounted bundle or promotional offer.

  • Subscription-based maintenance or hosting services that have already been initiated or provided.

  • Force Majeure events including acts of nature, government regulations, and uncontrollable circumstances.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the client must:

  • Send a detailed written request to support@mrbrstudio.com within 7 days of the incident or concern.

  • Include the project name, payment details, and reasons for the refund.

  • Allow our team up to 7 working days to assess and respond to the request.

5. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the transaction.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway.

6. Right to Refuse Refund

MRBR Studio reserves the right to refuse refund requests if the claim appears to be malicious, fraudulent, or in breach of our Terms of Service.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a breach of this policy. We encourage clients to communicate with us for any issue—we are here to resolve it fairly and transparently.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
