1. Number of Free Reviews

We offer up to 3 free review cycles after the initial website draft is delivered. During each review cycle, clients can request minor revisions to fine-tune and adjust the design, content, or features.

2. What Qualifies as a Minor Change

Minor changes typically include:

• Text edits or spelling corrections

• Color adjustments

• Replacing existing images (provided by the client)

• Small layout tweaks (e.g., moving a section up/down, font style/size changes)

• Basic content updates

These changes should not require significant rework or affect the structure/functionality of the site.

3. Major Revisions

Changes beyond the scope of a minor revision will be considered major revisions, which may incur additional charges. Examples include:

• Changing overall layout or theme

• Rebuilding entire sections or adding new complex features

• Rewriting or replacing bulk content

• Adding new pages beyond the original scope

• Custom integrations or plugin installations not previously discussed

We will always inform the client before proceeding with any major revision that involves extra charges, along with a cost estimate for approval.

4. Timeline for Reviews

Clients are encouraged to provide consolidated feedback for each review cycle within 3 working days of receiving the draft. Delayed feedback may affect the overall delivery timeline.

5. Review Request Format

To streamline the review process:

• Feedback should be clear, organized, and preferably shared in a bullet list or PDF/Word document.

• Screenshots or references can be used for visual clarity.

• All requested changes for a single cycle must be submitted together.

6. Post-Launch Revisions

After the website is published:

• Any minor tweaks within 7 days post-launch may still be accepted (subject to developer availability).

• Further edits or updates beyond this period will be billed separately or can be covered under our Website Maintenance Plan
